In Akron for the day and found this gem. First, the staff was very friendly. Bonus points because they fry their seafood, chicken, and fries in separate grease. The smash burger was delicious! The patty alone was seasoned perfectly. You could literally eat this burger plain and it would be amazing. The cheese fries were okay. Nothing special just cheese fries. The red velvet cake was good. It wasn't too sweet. It was moist with a nice frosting. The dining area was clean, but the salt and pepper shakers at my table were very sticky. I rarely go to Akron, but I would go back to Munchies when visiting again.

We had such a wonderful experience! Jose was incredibly kind and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We were visiting from out of town, and made a stop here for lunch. The food was absolutely excellent, fresh and flavorful. We’re so glad we decided to stop here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and great service.
